  • If Im not interested in a 10 days long holiday package is possible to extend it for 14 days?

    Of course, you can extend your holiday for more days. In this case, please contact us via ask@asijo.com.

  • How can I pay for the holiday package?

    After your order has been sent successfully, please, wait for an invoice in your email. There will be stated extra items such as flight tickets and insurance if you choose the variant „I want you to help me with buying“. The flight tickets price is not fixed, we always look for the best options and consult the final price with you in advance.

  • Why is the holiday package more expensive if I travel alone?

    If you come to see us alone, you will have a double-bedded room only for your own using.

  • Which are the criteria you choose flight tickets by?

    We usually choose the cheapest flight tickets according to the date and the airport you selected and with only one transfer.

  • What is the limit for luggage?

    After buying flight tickets we will send you the email with all information such as how many items of luggage is allowed and what is the luggage allowance. In general there are 2 luggage allowed.

  • What kind of insurance do you offer?

    We colaborate with Allianz. Your task is to decide between a basic package or an extra insurance which protects you in case of loss of your luggage or cancelling your holiday package. The prices of insurance we offer you in advance.

  • Is it possible to cancel the holiday package?

    The cancellation charge at least 4 weeks in advance: 30 %
    The cancellation charge at least 4-2 weeks in advance: 50 %
    The cancellation charge less than 2 weeks in advance: 100 %

  • Which documents must be prepared for travelling to Bali?

    It is necessary to have the passport which will be valid at least 6 months after you will come to Bali.

    You do not need to go to The Embassy Of Indonesia in advance to arrange the visa because if you stay less than 30 days in Bali you will ask for it at the airport in Denpasar.

    Other important documents are the international driving licence, ID and the insurance card.

  • Which documents must be prepared to get the visa?

    It is necessary to have:
    - the passport which will be valid at least 6 months after you will come to Bali
    - the passport which included at least one free page

    - the back flight ticket

    You do not need to go to The Embassy Of Indonesia in advance to arrange the visa because if you stay less than 30 days in Bali you will ask for it at the airport in Denpasar. To get the visa is without the charge.

  • Is it necessary to have the vaccination?

    The vaccination is not mandatory, it is just recommended – specially for the hepatitis A and B and the abdominal typhus. If you decice for the vaccination, we recommend you to visit the special centre to get the individual plan.

  • What kind of clothes should I pack up?

    The local weather is hot and wet. Do not forget to take cotton T-shirts, summer dresses and comfortable undervests.

    For mountain trips we recommend sport shoes, long trousers and some sweatshirt.

  • What kind of cosmetics should I pack up?

    In general you can buy everything here. For every day using you should pack up a shower gel, a shampoo, a tooth paste, a deodorant, a face cream and a suntan lotion.

  • What else should I pack up?

    If you have your personal documents, money, your phone with a charger, a camera, medicaments, clothes and cosmetics – you have everything. Do not forget to take the sunglasses, some book and the diving glasses.

  • What kind of medicaments should I pack up?

    We recommend patches, a desinfection, Fenistil Gel, Visine, Panthenol Spray and Endiaron.

  • Im a smoker. Should I pack up cigarettes?

    Cigarettes are pretty cheap in Bali. A pack costs about 1 dollar.

  • What is the currency in Bali?

    They use IDR.

  • Where I can exchange my money?

    The best choice is to use the Exchange Office at the airport In Denpasar which you can find next to the duty-free exit.

  • Is it possible to pay by card and use ATM?

    Both of the these items are possible. Of course, local sellers do not have the payment terminals, there you have to pay cash.

    The most reliable credit cards are VISA and MasterCard. Do not forget to check the permission for paying with your credit card in Asia.

  • Will you book a transport from the airport to our villa for us?

    Yes, our driver will wait for you in the hall at the airport.

  • Do drivers ride on the left of right side of the road?

    On the left side.

  • What will I eat in Bali?

    Do not be scared. We will serve the huge and delicious breakfast every morning for you.

    In general, Bali is famous for their local food, we mean, you can taste something new every single day. There is no problem if you are vegans or vegetarians. Local markets sell lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.

  • What about the hygiene in Bali?

    It is true local people have a different opinion about the hygiene but if you follow basic rules and do not drink water from the water supply, you will be fine.

  • What is the main language in Bali?

    People in Bali speak Bahasa and English.
